Information We Collect
1. Information You Provide Directly
When you join our waitlist or create an account, we collect your email address. We do not collect your full name unless you choose to provide it.
We collect information about your alarm schedules, selected tasks, task completion status, and streak data. This is essential to provide the core features of Rouse.
When you contact us for support or provide feedback, we collect the information you share in that communication.
We do not directly collect or store your payment card details. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective privacy policies.
2. Information Collected Automatically
We may collect device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
We collect information about how you interact with Rouse — including features used, alarms set, tasks completed, session length, and app preferences.
If you enable push notifications, we collect a device token to deliver alarm reminders and app updates. You can disable push notifications at any time through your device settings.
We may collect IP address, access times, and other diagnostic data to maintain and improve the Services.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Rouse alarm and task features
- Create and manage your account and subscription
